| Valerie Giraud and Juliana Moss are the makeup artists and founders of Antonym Cosmetics. After over a decade working on TV commercials, movies and TV shows, they decided to create a professional line of make-up and tools that are both more affordable and more skin- and earth friendly. Their brushes are made out of bamboo, aluminum ferules (not plastic), and use top quality synthetic bristles that are comparable in softness and pickup to the best natural bristles. The makeup is made only with natural ingredients and comes in earth friendly bamboo packaging. All of the products are completely cruelty-free, and eco-friendly. Why Antonym? They don’t like sameness. We believe in doing things differently. Better.
