Hours
Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm Central Standard Time.
We are closed on the traditional
Postal and Banking holidays in
addition to the Friday after
Thanksgiving, and an additional day
during Christmas and New Year’s Day.
If you call on these days you may
leave a voice mail message and your
call will be returned the day we
open.
Shipping
All orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Your
order must be placed by 3:00 pm CST
to receive same day shipping. Orders
placed on Saturday or Sunday are
sent on Monday. All orders are
shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless you specify
otherwise. USPS Priority Mail is free for all orders over
$100.00. If you receive your mail at
a PO Box your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please provide a
physical address if you prefer to
receive your order from UPS. UPS
will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
You may upgrade your UPS shipping to
Next Day, 2 Day or Saturday delivery
(if available in your area). The
upgrade is paid by the customer.
Please note we can only instruct
carriers to deliver your parcel to
your shipping address. Delivery
instructions on where to leave your
parcel at your house need to be left
on your door for the carrier. You
must sign a note if you want them to
leave it if you will not be home to
receive it. Additionally, all orders
over $350.00 require a signature
confirmation.
Local Orders
We are located at 1307 2nd Street,
Suite B in Marble Falls, Tx. We are
near Austin in the beautiful Hill
Country and Highland Lakes Area of
Central Texas. All orders are sent
from this address. All customers in
the state of Texas must pay sales
tax of 8.25%. There is no sales tax
on orders in the rest of the US,
Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
Unfortunately, due to increased
regulations on International
shipments of various products, we no
longer ship orders outside the
United States. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause our
returning customers. If you will
e-mail us we will try to help you
find a source for your favorite
products in your country.
Returns/ Exchanges: All product lines are returnable only if unopened and unused within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted.
A handling fee of $5.00 will be charged for all returns. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of BeautyRiche.com.
Returns are allowed on Jane Iredale products which were returned by a consumer if it is returned within a fourteen (14) day time period from the date the consumer purchased it from Beautyriche.com.
The product may be exchanged for another Jane Iredale product or for credit toward another purchase.
